creative statement

i am a tattoo artist, painter, and web creative based on unceded coast salish land (new westminster, bc). my practice blends tattooing with symbolic storytelling, drawing from personal experience, art history, and the divine feminine.

with a background in fine arts, visual design, and new media, i approach each project as a collaboration, whether you're stepping into my studio, commissioning an illustration, or browsing my artwork.

my work centres softness, autonomy, and meaning, while holding space for marginalized and neurodivergent communities.

philosophy

every piece i create is an exchange between intention and form. i believe art should hold space for the stories we carry, the identities we embody, and the futures we're building. my practice is rooted in care, consent, and co-creation.

whether through ink on skin, paint on canvas, or pixels on screen, i'm committed to work that feels personal, intentional, and deeply human.

approach

i work collaboratively, listening first and creating second. my process is informed by research, intuition, and a commitment to craft. i draw from symbolism, mythology, and the natural world to create imagery that resonates on both visual and emotional levels.

for tattoo clients, i prioritize comfort, communication, and trust. for design and illustration projects, i aim to translate ideas into visual language that feels authentic and enduring.

background

i completed a tattoo apprenticeship at east van wear and tattoo co. (2021-2023) and am currently studying new media design and web development at bcit. my creative practice is informed by years of fine art training, visual storytelling, and community engagement.

i've worked with clients across tattoo, design, and web development, always with the same guiding principles: respect, intention, and a deep love for the craft.
